Thursday 2nd July 2015:
Northern Ireland Railways owned (8)209 has been released from Inchicore works following completion of its cab modifications. The opportunity was also taken to finish repainting it in the full Enterprise livery. The locomotive is pictured at Deerpark, Portarlington with the 0700 Heuston - Cork and later that evening with the 1820 Cork - Heuston at Monasterevin.

Sunday 5th July 2015:
Killarney was the setting for the Munster Football Final between Kerry & Cork today. For the occasion there was a Spl. from Tralee and a Spl. from Cork, plus the regular services. The pattern of services to Killarney before the match was:
0855 Cork - Tralee (4ICR 22012).
0955 Cork - Killarney Spl. (3ICR 22051).
1055 Tralee - Killarney Spl. (5ICR 22031).
0830 Heuston - Tralee (2X3ICR 22049 + 22005).
1150 Tralee - Heuston (4ICR 22012).
All services were heavily loaded and the 0830 ex Heuston was increased from 5ICR to 2X3ICR on this day.
Tuesday 7th July 2015:
Two items of interest from today with 072 hauling failed 218 and 4 stored LP wagons from Ballina to Inchicore and 231 on the spoil train at Portarlington.
Thursday 9th July 2015:
076 failed near Cherryville Jct. whie working the 1330 North Wall - Ballina IWT Liner causing serious disruption to the evening peak service to and from Heuston Station.

Back on Irish soil and I have pictures from North Wall of a PWD Spoil Train and MK3 carriage 7122. Plus the LUAS Red Line was closed due to a fault at Abbey Street / Jervis area.
