Friday 1st May 2015:
Lunchtime visit to Rosskelton to photograph 071 hauling the PWD wagons from Limerick Wagon Works to Portlaoise. Plus, as usual the 1300 Heuston - Cork & 1220 Cork - Heuston MKIV operated services.

A visit to Carn Bridge in the early evening.
Thursday 7th May 2015:
A visit to the former Clonkeen Level Crossing near Portlaoise for the 1700 Cork & 1705 Tralee. Plus, Guest contributor Andrew Roche has images from Cobh Station of the Cunard Liner Queen Victoria which was in Port for the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the RMS Lusitania.

Tuesday 12th May 2015:
A lunchtime visit to Ratheven, Portlaoise for 071 hauling a relay train from North Wall to Portlaoise.
Wednesday 14th May 2015:
A brief visit to Ballykillane for some evening trains.
Thursday 14th May 2015:
The main event from today was loco 206 on a MKIV trial to Ballybrophy and then it worked the 1700 Heuston - Cork and 2020 return.

Wednesday 27th May 2015:
On Monday 25th May Iarnrod Eireann launched their new non-stop Cork - Heuston express which departs Cork at 0615 hrs, scheduled to complete the 165 1/4 mile journey in 2 hours 12 minutes. On Wednesday, the official launched occurred and a spruced up 22010 was allocated to the service having run down empty from Laois Depot the previous evening.

Saturday evening around Portarlington, mainly to see 209 on the 1700 Heuston - Cork.
Sunday 31st May 2015:
We bring the May 2015 gallery to a close with shots from the Great Northern Mainline between Dublin and Drogheda. The RPSI were operating Steam trains over the route today and these have their own gallery at http://smu.gs/1eJNCA0
