Thursday 2nd December 2021:
While visiting the Christmas Markets in Galway, I popped into the station to grab a few photos.
Friday 3rd December 2021:
A late morning visit to The Derries Level Crossing outside Athlone to photo the Up and Down IWT Liners between Dublin North Wall and Ballina, plus the 0945 Westport - Heuston and 1125 Heuston - Galway passenger services and Inspection Car 722 travelling from Westport to Kildare.
Tuesday 7th December 2021:
A midnight visit to Connolly just before the station closed saw me grabbing some photos of the stabled trains in the station.
Friday 17th December 2021:
084 operated a CWR train over the Nenagh Branch today, dropping rails at Cloughjordan. I caught the train returning to Portlaoise, via Limerick passing through Nenagh.
Monday 27tth December 2021:
A few images from Killarney of the 1325 & 1525 Mallow - Tralee services.
Thursday 30th December 2021:
I had to travel from Killarney to Portlaoise today to attend a funeral, so to avoid an hours wait in Mallow for a connecting train, I elected to kill the hour by having a quick trip into Cork to connect into the 0925 Cork - Heuston which would bring me to Portlaoise. After the funeral I returned to Killarney on the 1300 Heuston - Cork.
